As you rebuild your credit also work on repairing your relationship if needed seek counseling. But know in the end that you have grown as a personal and life and bankruptcy should improve for you with out the weight and stress that all the debt was bringing you.

The Oestrus Cycle: Bitches’ seasons occur every 8-9 months. During proestrus they will have a blood stained discharge and show an interest in males. In the second phase, Oestrus, ovulation occurs, and the female is most fertile. The next phase, dioestrus, is when the bitch is hormonally pregnant. The corpus luteum, formed at ovulation in the ovary, matures and produces female hormones. These then stimulate prolactin secretion from the anterior lobe of the pituitary, which stimulates milk production in the mammary glands.
False pregnancy: The hormonal cycle of the bitch assumes that pregnancy has occurred after every cycle, whether or not mating has taken place. She will therefore experience the physiological changes of pregnancy over the next 2 months. She will have an increase in progesterone production, milk production and an increase in appetite. She may even go into mild labour.
The caregiver may notice physical and emotional changes, particularly 8-9 weeks after her last season. She may exhibit a change in preferred diet to blander food, fluid retention, and a wish not to take her usual amount of exercise, and she may hoard toys and treat them as puppies.
There may be restlessness, lack of appetite, panting, trembling, whining and nest-building at the time she would have given birth. She may be slightly more aggressive than usual. Things will usually return to normal after 2-3 weeks, equivalent to 48hrs after the birth would have occurred.
How we can help: As this is a physiological occurrence which settles over 2-3 weeks, treatment is rarely needed. If possible try to reduce stimulation of the mammary glands, by reducing stroking and wiping, and not allowing the bitch to lick excessively, as these will increase prolactin release and further milk production.
Occasionally the bitch may become ill, by producing excessive milk, or other problems. She may need treatment to reduce milk production, such as diuretics or hormone treatment. Although some advocate reduced fluid intake to induce dehydration and reduce milk production, others feel that this may be unsafe.
It is rare (but not unknown) for bitches who are spayed (ovariohysterectomised), to exhibit these changes. Although the majority of the hormones are being produced by the ovaries, some are produced in the adrenal glands.
Complementary Therapies: Pulsatilla from health food shops has been used with good effect. It can also be used just after a season in a bitch with a history of false pregnancies.
Spiritual healing and Reiki can help the dog accept and work with its hormonal state, and help restore self-healing and homeostasis. It can be supplemented with crystals such as chrysophase, moonstone and blue lace agate.
Aromatics that may prove useful include rose, fennel (to dry up lactation) and vanilla. Of the Bach flower remedies, vine, chicory, red chestnut & mustard may be helpful.
In this article, I have discussed the physiology of false pregnancy, and suggested ways in which we can help bitches to cope with the pressures involved. Surprisingly, spaying does not necessarily prevent recurrent false pregnancies. Fundamentally, false pregnancy is a natural occurrence in bitches, and usually needs no treatment.

Guinness Turkey with Coffee Rub
Ingredients
* 1 8-10 lb. turkey, thawed, gizzards and neck removed
* 1 can Guinness beer
* a few sprigs each of sage, rosemary, and thyme
Brine
* 1 cup salt
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 gallon water
* 1 1/2 gallons heavily iced water
Rub
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon freshly finely ground bold coffee
* 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
Icehouse Turkey with 5 Spice Rub
Ingredients
* 1 8-10 lb. turkey, thawed, gizzards and neck removed
* 1 can Icehouse beer
* 1 stalk lemongrass, sliced
Brine
* 1 cup salt
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 gallon water
* 1 1/2 gallons heavily iced water
Rub
* 2 tablespoons 5 spice powder
Budweiser Turkey with Cajun Rub
Ingredients
* 1 8-10 lb. turkey, thawed, gizzards and neck removed
* 1 can Budweiser beer
* A few sprigs of oregano and thyme
Brine
* 1 cup kosher salt
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 gallon water
* 1 1/2 gallons heavily iced water
* 1 onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1 teaspoon dried thyme
* 4 bay leaves
Rub
* 1 1/4 tablespoons smoked paprika
* 1 tablespoon kosher salt
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
* 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
* 1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper
* 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
* 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
* 1/2 tablespoon cumin
Heineken Turkey with Sumac Rub
- Powdered sumac spice is a very popular middle eastern spice, you can find it in specialty stores, or online spice stores.
Ingredients
* 1 8-10 lb. turkey, thawed, gizzards and neck removed
* 1 can Heineken beer
* A few sprigs of oregano, and the juice of a lemon
Brine
* 1 cup salt
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 gallon water
* 1 1/2 gallons heavily iced water
* 1 onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1 lemon, sliced
Rub
* 4 tablespoons sumac powder
Steel Reserve Turkey with Ancho Chili Rub
Ingredients
* 1 8-10 lb. turkey, thawed, gizzards and neck removed
* 1 can Steel Reserve beer
* A few sprigs of cilantro
Brine
* 1 cup kosher salt
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 gallon water
* 1 1/2 gallons heavily iced water
* 1 onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
Rub
* 2 tablespoons finely ground ancho chilies
* 2 teaspoons cumin
* 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
* 1 teaspoon coriander
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
Method for all Recipes
1. Add all ingredients for brine except water to a large sauce pot. Now add 1/2 gallon of the water and bring to a boil. Boil until everything is onions have softened. Let the mixture cool, and add to a large pot or container, large enough for your bird. Add the heavily iced water, and make sure the mixture is ice cold before adding the bird. Add the bird and brine for 8-24 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat oven or grill to 350 degrees. Remove the bird and discard the brine. Rinse bird very well and pat dry. Sprinkle bird with spices all over and rub into skin. Open the beer, and pour about 1/4 cup out, and place the herbs into the can. Put the beer can in the holder, if using, and place the turkey on the beer can. The butt of the bird should be sitting on the can. Roast until internal temperature of the thickest part of the breast is 161 degrees. When the bird has reached temperature, remove from the oven or grill and wrap with aluminum foil for at least 1 hour before carving.

Slimming Down
1. After you eat meals, rub your belly
This is not some type of joke. I’m being serious. This works to improve the digestion of those foods you just ate. Most people have a terrible and inefficient digestive process. This puts a HALT to weight loss and seriously slows it down. You can be doing everything right, but if your digestive system doesn’t want to go along with the program, it won’t happen.
What I want you to do is lie down after you eat, and take 2 minutes to rub circles over your belly. Do 1 minutes rubbing with your right hand and 1 minute rubbing with your left hand. If you can do this after 3 meals, great, but at the very least do it after 1 meal a day.
2. Save your workout time for commercials
I bet you’re too busy to go to the gym consistently. It’s tough. Not only do you need to spend 45+ minutes there working out, but then you have 10+ minute drives there and back. Then add in a shower and who knows what else… that’s a big chunk of time. Because you can’t get to the gym often, I bet you slack off and skip it a lot.
Well, you can forget going to the gym and workout while you watch tv. Wait for the commercial breaks and then do an exercise. Have stairs in your house? Great… walk up and down them for the 3 minutes the commercials are on. The next commercial break you can do some jumping jacks. After that, perhaps jump on a mini-trampoline.
Whatever, it almost doesn’t matter. Just be active during a bunch of those commercial breaks. Those 3 minutes add up to a complete workout.
Don’t make slimming down hard… just follow these 2 tips for 2 weeks and watch as your body starts to tone up.

So what affects mortgage rates?
Inflation is by far the biggest influence. Whatever the inflation factor is will make that mortgage rate fluctuate although they are linked they are not tightly bonded. For example if one goes up by 1% the other could go up by 1.25%. A general rule of thumb here is if inflation is on the up then so will mortgage rates.
